• All of Level 1 Baseline Screening
• Ultrasound of Carotid Arteries for Carotid Blockage
• Ultrasound of Aorta for Aortic Aneurysm
• Ultrasound of Kidneys for varied Kidney problems

Level 3: Levels 1 & 2 + Ultrasound of Both Leg Arteries

Level 3 provides our most comprehensive overview of your health status and disease risk. This screening is recommended for men and women over 50 who are smokers or have leg circulation symptoms.
Screening includes:
• All of level 1 and 2 screenings
• Ultrasound of leg arteries looking for Peripheral Vascular Disease.

Have you had a stress test recently? After your screening, If your practitioner feels that you should have a stress test we have arranged a preferential cost for the exam through this screening program. A referral letter from your practitioner will be required to perform the test.
